Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: you're covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee from your purchase date. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Billing and refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, in accordance with Paddle's Refund Policy and any consumer-protection rights that apply in your country.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time — from your account, or via the link in the Paddle receipt email sent at purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access until then, and you won't be charged again afterward.
3. Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. We'll send any renewal reminders required by law in your country, and we'll notify you of any price change before it takes effect.
4. Annual Plans
Annual plans are covered by the same 14-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date, and renew automatically each year unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5. How to Request a Refund or Cancel
The easiest way is through the Paddle receipt email you received at purchase — it links to a buyer portal where you can manage or cancel your subscription and request a refund. You can also email us at hello@revpargenius.com with the email address on your account and your order or receipt reference, and we'll help.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear.
