Privacy Policy
Last Updated: 24 May 2026
This policy explains what RevPARGenius Hotel AI Visibility collects, how we use it, who processes it (including the third-party AI providers that generate your results and our payment processor), and your rights.
1. Information We Collect
Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed). If you sign in with Google, we receive your email address and a Google account identifier via OAuth.
Hotel and tracking data you provide: hotel name, market/location, the prompts you track, and your competitor set.
Generated data: the AI answers, citations and metrics produced when the Service runs your prompts.
Usage and billing data: log/usage information, plan and subscription status. Payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, not by us.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide the Service — run your tracked prompts and produce visibility reports
- Authenticate your account and maintain security
- Manage your subscription, billing and support
- Improve the Service and communicate important updates
We do not sell your personal data.
3. Third-Party AI Providers
To generate your results, the Service sends your tracked prompts (which may include your hotel name and market) to third-party AI providers — including OpenAI, Perplexity, Google and xAI — and processes their responses using Anthropic's models. These providers handle that data under their own terms and privacy policies. We send only what is needed to produce your visibility results.
4. Payments
When paid billing is enabled, payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, under Paddle's own privacy policy. RevPARGenius does not collect, see or store your full payment card details — we receive only limited transaction data (such as name, billing country and order details) needed to provide the Service.
5. Data Sharing
We share data only as necessary with: the third-party AI providers above (to generate results), our payment Merchant of Record (Paddle), infrastructure/hosting providers, email delivery, and analytics. All must meet appropriate data-protection standards. We do not rent, trade or sell personal information.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal and account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — hashed passwords, server-side handling of API keys, access controls and encrypted transport — to protect your data. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may cancel your account at any time. Contact us using the details below.
9. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the Service, and may use limited analytics to understand usage. You can control cookies in your browser settings.
10. Legal Compliance
We process personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). For users in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we also act in accordance with the GDPR, processing data on the lawful bases of contract performance, legitimate interests and consent.
11. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Service or legal requirements. The latest version will always be on this page.
